Booking
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after confirmation by PHU QUOC DRIVER.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking, contact, and pickup information. Customers should remain reachable via phone or WhatsApp during service time.
Service Conditions
Service schedules may be affected by traffic, weather, ferry operations, flight changes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Vehicle & Luggage
Customers are responsible for selecting a suitable vehicle based on passenger and luggage quantity. PHU QUOC DRIVER reserves the right to substitute vehicles with similar class vehicles when necessary for operational reasons.
Airport Pickup
For airport pickups, drivers monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup time accordingly.
Liability
PHU QUOC DRIVER is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or service changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
